Swim Lesson Scholarships
At Hand in Hand, it is our belief that all people - regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, geographical location, level of education, or socioeconomic status - should have access to lifesaving survival swimming skills and water safety education. We believe that the lack of ability to pay should NEVER inhibit anyone from having access to these lessons that could quite literally save a life. That is why we, along with our friends at Live Like Jake, are happy to offer swim lesson scholarships to children and adults in our community.
The Live Like Jake Foundation provides scholarships for Infant Swimming Resource survival swim lessons to children from age 6 months to 6 years old. For more information and to apply, visit their website.
Hand in Hand Water Safety Awareness Foundation provides scholarships for American Red Cross swim lessons through Safe Swim NC for ages 6 years to adult.
